Keneish Dance and Sheffield Oratorio Chorus present an evening of music and contemporary African dance featuring choreographer Keisha Grant’s High I’m…, an African contemporary dance spectacle that takes you through a universe of thoughts, feelings and physical sensation, and David Fanshawe's iconic African Sanctus, which interweaves recordings of African songs and dances with "classical" Western music, choreographed by Keisha Grant and Keneish Dance (www.keneishdance.com).

The concert will be dedicated to the memory of Simon Banda and Mandla Sibanda, the two leading dance artists in the Sunduza company of Zimbabwe who performed with the Oratorio Chorus in our production of the African Sanctus in 2002, both of whom sadly passed away in 2012.
