We have had a successful season of celebrating 60 years of choral singing and extend our gratitude to all those who have supported us during this last year. We have made some changes to our concerts during our anniversary by introducing on-line booking, providing much needed cushions for concerts in the Cathedral and giving more information about each piece of music at concerts and beforehand and we hope that has been appreciated.
For our 2009/2010 season we celebrate the music of Henry Purcell with a concert performance of Dido and Æneas in October in Sheffield Cathedral and in November we will be joined by a guest orchestra, the Northern Chamber Orchestra to sing J.S. Bach's Christmas Oratorio.
March 2010 will see us perform Beethoven's Missa Solemnis and our summer concert will be an evening of Renaissance music.
